First, log in to your account using the same email address you used at checkout. Your downloads and authorization codes will be listed in your order details.

Can’t log in?
Customer accounts are managed by Shopify, so I cannot reset your password or help with two-factor authentication. You’ll need to use Shopify’s account recovery options to regain access. You must be able to access the account connected to your original checkout email to retrieve your downloads and authorization codes.

Logged in, but your products aren’t there?
If your order number is lower than #120438, follow the legacy order instructions below.

• Free Liquid Death Snare: Download it again here to receive fresh download links and a working authorization code.
• Paid order: Email panda@purafied.com with your order number and the email address connected to your account. I’ll manually restore the products to your account. If you bought it, you keep it.

macOS

• Run the installer. It will automatically install the VST3, AU, and AAX versions.
• Restart your DAW.
• If macOS says the installer “cannot be checked for malicious software,” right-click the file and select Open. You can also go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. This is standard Gatekeeper behavior and does not indicate a problem with the file.

Windows

Windows installations are manual. Unzip the download, then move the plugin files into the following folders:

• VST3: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
• AAX: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins

Restart your DAW after moving the files.

If Windows Defender or another antivirus program quarantines the files, allow or restore them, then try again. Plugin files are sometimes incorrectly flagged as threats.

📦 Sample Content

Liquid Death Snare installs its sample library in the location you choose. Select a permanent location, such as an external drive or dedicated samples folder.

Do not leave the library in your Downloads folder or on your Desktop. If those files are deleted or moved, the plugin will no longer be able to find them. If you move the library later, simply point the plugin to its new location.

The first time you load the plugin, a registration box will appear. Enter your authorization code, then click the arrow icon inside the box to activate your license.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Do not click “Start Free Trial.” This starts the trial instead of activating your full license.
• If you already started a trial, click the PURAFIED logo → LICENSE to enter your authorization code.
• Make sure there are no spaces before or after the code, and keep all dashes (-) exactly as shown.
• If activation fails, type the code manually. Some older systems may not accept pasted text.

💻 New Computer or Too Many Activations?

Each Purafied license can be activated on up to four computers, so your studio desktop, laptop, and another studio rig can all be covered.

If you’ve reached the activation limit, email panda@purafied.com, and I’ll get you sorted.

This is almost always an installation, format, or scan issue.

First, make sure you installed the correct format:

• Pro Tools: AAX
• Logic: AU
• Ableton, Cubase, Studio One, REAPER, and FL Studio: VST3

Purafied plugins include VST3, AU, and AAX formats. We do not offer VST2.

Then rescan your plugins:

• Ableton: Preferences → Plug-Ins → hold Alt/Option and click Rescan
• REAPER: Preferences → Plug-Ins → VST → Clear Cache/Re-scan
• Cubase: Restart Cubase
• Studio One: View → Plug-In Manager → Reset Blocklist
• Logic: Logic Pro → Settings → Plug-In Manager → Reset & Rescan Selection
• Pro Tools: Restart Pro Tools
• FL Studio: Options → Manage Plugins → Find Installed Plugins

If the plugin still does not appear, download it again, reinstall it, restart your computer, and rescan.

🥁 Liquid Death Snare

Liquid Death Snare is a stereo instrument, not an audio effect. Look for it in your DAW’s instrument list and load it on a stereo instrument or MIDI track. It will not appear as an insert on a mono audio track.

No iLok or dongle required. Enter your authorization code directly into the plugin. Each license can be activated on up to four computers.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every Purafied plugin includes a free 14-day trial with full access to every feature. The plugin simply locks when the trial ends. Download any trial from the Free Trials page.

Already started a trial and just purchased?
You do not need to reinstall the plugin. Click the PURAFIED logo → LICENSE, then enter your authorization code.

Do you offer refunds?
Because every plugin can be tested free for 14 days before purchasing, we do not offer refunds or license transfers on digital products. If something is not working, email panda@purafied.com, and I’ll help you fix it.

There is no uninstaller, so removal is manual. Delete only the Purafied plugin files. Everything else in these folders belongs to other companies.

Does uninstalling free an activation?No. Deleting the plugin does not release its activation. If you’ve reached the four-computer limit, email panda@purafied.com with your order number or authorization code, and I’ll get you sorted.
