What are the system requirements?

All our software supports

Where are my downloads / serial numbers?

Your plugin serial is a 16 digit number that comes with your order email as well as the download page for your order.

You can get to your order's download page from the order email or by going to your account page, you may need to make a new account to access this page. When making an account, be sure to use the same email address you used when you purchased your plugin!

Once at your account page, locate the order number of the plugin purchase you're interested in. From there, click Download to get to your download and serial number.

How do I authorize your plugins?

On first load of a plugin, you can enter your plugin serial and click the button inside the text box to register. This is also visible after a trial has ended.

To register during a trial period, click the PURAFIED logo in the top left of the plugin, and click LICENSE. In the pop-up text box, enter your plugin serial.

Some older versions of computers require you to manually type your serial number.

How many machines will my code authorize?

Your authorization code will authorize up to 4 machines.

How do I install your plugins?

For Mac users: The included installer should install the plugin’s VST, VST3, AU, and AAX formats automatically, you may need to restart your DAW to see the plugin listed.

For Windows users: You will have to manually move the plugin formats into their respective folders. Common locations for each format are as follows:

- VST3: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
- AAX: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins

If after restarting your DAW, you still don’t see the plugin listed, check your DAW’s plugin folder settings, and be sure that the plug-in is in the proper location for your software.

Why did I get a warning when using then Mac installer?

All of our macOS installer packages are certified and signed with an Apple Developer ID, but some versions of macOS can still cause this pop-up message. Try closing the installer and reopening it by right clicking on it and selecting “Open”. This should bypass Apple's error message and allow you to run the installer.

How do I uninstall your plugins?

For Mac users: Delete the plugin files from the following folders:

- VST3: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/
- AU: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/AU/
- AAX: /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins

The system Library folder should be listed within Macintosh HD, but if you have trouble finding your plugins, you can click Go To Folder, paste in one of the paths listed above, and click Go when you’re finished.

For Windows users: Remove the plugins from the same place they were installed. The common locations are:

- VST3: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
- AAX: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins

If you don’t find anything, or still see them in your DAW, check the plugin folder locations for your DAW.

Why aren't your plugins showing up in my DAW?

Make sure the plugin formats required by your DAW are installed to the correct locations, and check if your DAW’s plugin path is modified. If the plugin still does not load, try reinstalling with a fresh download of the plugin.

NOTE: The Liquid Death Snare is a stereo virtual instrument, so be sure that you're using it on an stereo instrument or MIDI track, not as an effect plugin on an audio track.
