Digital Plugins

• Digital plugins are non refundable. Once purchased and downloaded, refunds or exchanges are not available. Please try our free demos first.
• For installation or support questions, visit our support page.

Merchandise Orders

• All merch is produced and shipped through Printful.
• If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, email panda@purafied.com with your order number and photos. We will verify the issue and send a replacement.
No merch returns and no refunds. Replacements are provided only for verified defects. You will not need to send anything back unless we request it.
